Biased with integrity!

As most of you do realize that within the past year it has been very much noticeable that a new hobby emerged and that’s picking on products and the product’s company and not long before this trend became personal and people started picking on each other.

This post is my way of speaking to all of you elite people out there, you should know that a lot of those in the community do actually look up to you, your words, your acts, everything that involves being in this line of work, you’re making this an Enterprise Kindergarten! I could not find a better term to describe this mayhem.

Sure people do take up new jobs and find new endeavors but this doesn’t mean that you should piss on your previous boss! Hence it doesn’t make you more credible but rather less! Because the first thing that would come to my mind is that you’re loyalty lies with the highest bidder on your talent!

None of the products out there are 100% perfect! NONE! But when you see something failing you just point a finger that this is a glitch and you move on, it doesn’t make the company with the product an evil entity that spread lies! It is a simple as it is, its a bug and if they fix it good for them, if they don’t they will eventually lose customers and that’s their strategy.

I have always been in the technical hands-on world and honesty always pays back in a good way, a lot of times we go to meetings with sales and if someone of the sales team says something inaccurate about a product I jump in and correct that information but this doesn’t make my company a liar! It just make the sales person a bit short on information that he/she needs to grasp nothing more nothing less.

If we’re to build a better community we should be more pragmatic and be biased to honesty and not just to feed our inner-ego, and one final advice, don’t shoot yourself in the leg and be honest to the extent of honesty!
